About the event
The Emerge Community Business Academy is part of the Rising Tide Capital program network. In 2023 Omni Circle partnered with Create Campaign, Inc to bring Emerge to Topeka. In 2021, Create Campaign, Inc. became a Rising Tide partner to provide diverse entrepreneurs with access to the Community Business Academy curriculum and Rising Tide Capital's national mentorship network. Rising Tide helps to equip talented, but under-resourced, individuals with the tools to create businesses that change the trajectory of their lives.
