BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
In collaboration with the Kauffman Foundation, Omni Circle brings a nationally recognized curriculum to our community through the IGNITE New Venture Discovery program. We have partnered with local companies and experts to curate a series of exceptional learning experiences, further enriching the entrepreneurial journey. IGNITE provides hands-on business training in planning, financials, and management through curriculum and coaching tailored to early-stage entrepreneurs. This 8-week program is designed for new and growing businesses.

NEW VENTURE DISCOVERY
IGNITE New Venture Discovery operates within the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation Fast Trac program network. In 2023, Omni Circle collaborated with the Kauffman Foundation to reintroduce Fast Trac to Topeka. This initiative aimed to boost startup engagement, enhance resource accessibility, and enrich the local business landscape. Omni Circle actively sought programs enabling community members to contribute to Topeka's economic development by refining business ideas into actionable concepts. Rebranded, IGNITE New Ventures Discovery caters to new entrepreneurs in their early stages, offering foundational knowledge on business startup essentials.

IGNITE focuses on providing entrepreneurial education and support to individuals within the Shawnee & Douglas County. We aim to empower individuals with the knowledge, skills, and resources necessary to start and grow successful businesses. We strive to foster economic growth, job creation, and prosperity within the community by nurturing a vibrant and resilient entrepreneurial ecosystem.
COLLABORATIVE PARTNERSHIP
