Community Development
Community development means more than just participation for Omni Circle. We are seeking repeated action. At Omni Circle, we are committed to building a socially just and inclusive ecosystem by actively working alongside our BIPOC and LMI neighbors in Topeka to address and eliminate the root causes of inequity. Through connection, collaboration, and shared responsibility, we move from intention to impact, building a stronger and more equitable community together.

YMDG challenges old beliefs shaped by past education, experiences, and environment through small-group mentoring, hands-on workshops, and conversations with leaders who look like them.
Mentees explore who they are, what they want to build, and how to navigate the systems standing in their way — with caring adults walking alongside them.

Food Distribution
Reliable access to nutritious food for neighbors who need it most.
Through community partnerships and distribution outreach, we help BIPOC and LMI families overcome barriers to consistent, healthy meals.
Food access is a foundation for stability. When neighbors know where their next meal is coming from, they can focus on education, work, and building a stronger future.

Career Pathways
Pathways to training, apprenticeships, and living-wage work for our neighbors.
We connect community members to career exposure, skills development, and employment opportunities that create measurable upward mobility.
