Self
Lead from the center. Name your values, your gifts, and the habits that either hold you or hollow you out.
Circle
Lead with people. Facilitate a room, hold a hard conversation, and leave the table stronger than you found it.
City
Lead in public. Boards, chairs, workplaces, and neighborhoods. Integrity that shows up when the room is bigger than you.
The practice
You pick a room, show up, and let the work change how you lead everywhere else. Three ways in. One standard: do it in public, with people who will tell you the truth.
