In collaboration with Create Campaign, Inc., Omni Circle is bringing a nationally recognized curriculum to our community, through the Emerge program. We have partnered with local companies and experts to curate a series of exceptional learning experiences, further enriching the Emerge journey. Emerge provides hands-on business training in planning, financials, and management through curriculum and coaching tailored to minority entrepreneurs. This 12-week program is designed for new and growing for-profit businesses.

BUSINESS ACADEMY
The Emerge Community Business Academy is part of the Rising Tide Capital program network. In 2023 Omni Circle partnered with Create Campaign, Inc to bring Emerge to Topeka. In 2021, Create Campaign, Inc. became a Rising Tide partner to provide diverse entrepreneurs with access to the Community Business Academy curriculum and Rising Tide Capital's national mentorship network. Rising Tide helps to equip talented, but under-resourced, individuals with the tools to create businesses that change the trajectory of their lives. Our objective is to empower individuals with the knowledge, skills and resources necessary to start and grow successful businesses. We aim to foster economic growth, job creation, and prosperity within the community by nurturing a vibrant and resilient entrepreneurial ecosystem.
